How It Began

A Retreat Built for Real People

On September 15, 2022, Eekos Hotels opened its doors along Dominican Road — just steps away from Lourdes Grotto and Mirador Heritage Park. The vision was simple but powerful: create a boutique bed and breakfast that felt genuinely personal, not transactional.

Baguio already had countless places to sleep. Eekos set out to offer something different — a Scandinavian-inspired space where cleanliness, warmth, and real Filipino hospitality would come together. The name Eekos reflects that commitment: cozy, fresh, and personal, every single stay.

From honeymooners to solo travellers, from broadcasting networks to growing families — Eekos has welcomed every guest with the same philosophy that launched it: accommodation with affection. Three years in, that promise is stronger than ever.

Sep 2022

Eekos Opens Its Doors

On September 15, 2022, Eekos Hotels officially welcomed its first guests along Dominican Road, Baguio City. The dream of a cozy, Scandinavian-inspired boutique retreat in the City of Pines became real.

Dec 2022

Arkeō Resto Launches

Eekos introduced its sister restaurant Arkeō — a Greek-inspired name meaning "sufficient and content" — right beside the hotel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner became part of the full Eekos experience.

Sep 2023

1st Year Anniversary

A whole year of delighted guests, warm & fresh ambiance, and unforgettable hospitality was celebrated. Eekos marked the milestone with special promotions and heartfelt gratitude to every guest who had made it possible.

New Rooms Added

Responding to growing demand, Eekos expanded its room inventory — adding new options for guests seeking more variety and privacy. The same Eekos standards of comfort, convenience, and care extended into every new space.
